Therapy for Teens

I offer psychotherapy for adolescents who want to go all in on being their quirky, smart, and sassy selves.

I can help you start the kinds of connections you really want and ditch the ones that aren’t good for you, all while learning to interact better with parents and teachers.

Less conflict = more fun. I’m your advocate, the trainer in your corner, and the person who supports YOUR goals.

Parent Coaching

A whole-person approach to therapy means a whole-family approach. I offer customized parent coaching and psychoeducation sessions for parents of clients so that they can truly become their kid’s biggest cheerleader.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families with complex social and behavioral challenges. I help families create coping plans and generate support by making relevant referrals and collaborating in a wraparound care team for your child.

Therapy for Young Adults

No one gives you a handbook for life.

I support young adults in confidently making choices so they can create a life they care about and live with less guilt and shame about themselves.

Our work will help clarify what you want, need, and deserve, giving you a personalized roadmap to get from where you are to where you want to be.

ADHD Assessments

Have you ever felt like what you’re going through isn’t “just” mild depression or anxiety and wondered if there’s actually something more happening in your beautiful brain?

I offer adult ADHD assessments and specialize in working with women who’ve had a hunch that this might be their story but haven’t ever had the words to put to their experience.

Hi, I’m Taylor.

Even though feelings can be overwhelming you can gain the skills and confidence to handle whatever feeling comes up - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

What are sessions with me like?  Well, they are tailored to you! Some people benefit from talking and generating insight about their lives. Others like to learn and practice skills.

My 15+ years of experience help me work with you to face your most complex challenges in the way that’s most effective for you.

What clients say

I’ve had clients share that even though therapy is hard, they leave our time together:

  • Knowing that I have their back

  • Feeling a little lighter than when they came in

  • Relieved that they’ve met someone with whom they can skip the small stuff and get right down to business because they finally feel comfortable

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. That means if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits you may be able to use those to cover the cost of our sessions.

I provide you with itemized receipts called “superbills” that you submit to your insurance carrier for authorization and reimbursement.

Before reaching out, I recommend checking with your insurance plan to find out whether you have out-of-network mental health (aka behavioral health) coverage and what the details of your coverage are.

  • As a therapist dedicated to providing the best mental health services, I have chosen not to accept insurance. This decision is centered around protecting your privacy and preserving autonomy over the therapeutic process.

When insurance is involved, it means a third party requires access to your personal information and can dictate the terms of your treatment, from the necessity of a diagnosis to the number of sessions. This can sometimes feel intrusive and limit the flexibility and personal tailoring of your therapy.

Paying out-of-pocket, on the other hand, ensures your privacy and allows us to focus solely on your unique needs and personal growth journey, without external interference. I understand this might not be the best fit for everyone, and I'm more than happy to provide any information you need to make the best decision for your care.

  • I have a waitlist for new patients. Wait times depend mostly on scheduling. Afterschool, evening, and weekend spots are highly coveted and wait times are longer. Sometimes the stars align though and I can get you in quickly.
